At DOOR, before every workout, we use a special tool to measure how you are doing at the moment and based on that, we change your planned program if necessary! We have a maximum of 3 people in a group, so you always get time and attention!
If we find any asymmetry or dysfunction in your preliminary Functional Assessment, we will create a correction program and never burden you with any movement that could be dangerous for you!
In order to get the most out of yourself, your heart rate is continuously measured and monitored during training, of course within the framework of your customized program!
