WHY IS IT NECESSARY?

Running is one of the most popular forms of exercise these days, as we generally think of it as the easiest way to get fitter or lose weight, not to mention the fact that long-distance and cross-country running races are also gaining a growing fan base.

However, many people are not aware of the great strain that running places on both the circulatory and musculoskeletal systems. With each running step, the ankle and knee joints are mostly responsible for absorbing 3-5 times our body weight in vibration/shock, so it is worth considering how much strain this places on us, especially if we are overweight.

We don't even notice that during a stressful workday, we constantly hyperventilate due to environmental influences, which creates a state of stress in our body.
